Delivery and payment terms

Delivery
Products will be collected immediately on the next business day after receiving the order, given that we have received an accepted payment and the products are available. Logistics serves on weekdays, Monday to Friday with exception to Finnish holidays.
In Finland
The subscriber chooses the pick-up points offered by the carrier Posti. Shipment information, such as a pickup site, may be changed by the customer in Posti's electronic services (eg OmaMost application) using the tracking ID.
Abroad
Packages will be handled by Posti (Finnish Post Office) and its partners (eg DHL and BRING). The customer can track the parcel using the tracking ID.
We currently deliver only to the EU.

Terms of delivery
Finland:
- 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping costs 7,95 €
- Returns are on the customers responsibility
EU countries:
- 2 to 7 business days
- Shipping costs 14.95 €
- Returns are on the customers responsibility
Other countries:
- At present, we will ship outside the EU only when separately agreed upon
- The shipping fee is at least EUR 59.95
- Returns are on the customers responsibility
Responsibilities
Bombus Oy is responsible for delivery of the ordered products to the customer until the customer has received the shipment in whole. The customer is responsible for the return shipment with its content until Bombus Oy has received the return shipment.

Uncollected parcels
If the shipped and delivered parcel is not collected by the customer in 7 days, the consignment will be returned to Bombus Oy. Bombus Oy reserves the right to charge shipping, processing and other mailing costs. Uncollected parcels are not compatible with product returns.
If Bombus Oy is prevented from complying with the delivery terms, Bombus Oy will separately inform the new estimated delivery period. All products are the property of Bombus Oy until the products have been received by the customer. Bombus Oy is also responsible for missing consignments. The responsibility of return shipments and the products they contain, is on the customer.
Bombus Oy can not guarantee that all products are available or that all product information is flawless, errors may occur.
Please note that the color of the images may vary due to different programs, settings, and PC / Mac devices.
Return policy
It is infinitely important for us that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered. You have the right to cancel and return the product you order from us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. All product returns or exchanges must be agreed in advance by email: service@bombus.fi
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act. You can read about the law of safeguarding the right of returns in english here: Competition and Consumer Agency
Please note that the costs of product returns are on the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange of products, Bombus will accept the costs of re-sending once. The price of exchange and return shipments which are withheld from the refund is in domestic (Finland) shipments EUR 7,95 and abroad (EU) EUR 14,95.
Also note that we do not accept returns or exchanges from underwear, socks or earrings.
Returns must be accompanied by all add-ons and accessories for the returnable product. The shoe box is part of the product, do not attach any labels on the shoe box. Also, do not remove any labels, tags or price tags from the returned products. If these have been removed from the products, we interpret the products as used. Used products do not meet the terms of the return and are not refunded.

The product return will be credited as soon as possible after receiving the return shipment and inspection of the products. The refund is made on the same payment method as what was used int the original order.

Bombus Oy has the right to cancel any customer's order. If Bombus Oy cancels the order, the payment will be returned to the customer in full. Bombus Oy is not responsible for issues due to internet access, data traffic, storage situations or service breaks on Bombus.fi. If the customer has made an order that Bombus Oy can not submit to, the payment will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible.

If the product is damaged, wrong or lost before receiving it, or it does not match to your order, please contact us by email: service@bombus.fi or by telephone +358 16 256 778.
Bombus Oy reserves the right to change any conditions related to delivery at any time without notice.

Payment
Credit card payments
You can pay online with the following cards:
- Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron
- MasterCard, Debit MasterCard
- American Express
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and American Express cards. The online store uses international authentication services Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.
Stripe Inc. handles and forwards the card payment paid by the consumer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form with fraud analysis, and card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Online bank (Finland only)
You can use all Finnish banks with either the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. You can pay with any of the online Finnish banks

Paytrail Oyj will appear on your statement as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online business. From the online store, you will be redirected to your own bank to make a payment securely.

Mobile payments

- Siirto - Terms
- Apple Pay - Terms
Mobile payment applications Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto enable you to pay for online purchases by online bank transfer or card payment by accepting the payment in the application.
Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a digital wallet that works on all Apple devices allowing you to pay for purchases using saved card information.
About payments in general
Paytrail Oyj is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to. All refunds will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment.
